"facility needs updating. main floor lighting poor. continental breakfast only fair and area served in leaves a lot to be desired. reminded me of an unkept cafeteria. a staff member was unpacking a large number of boxes of new product right in the middle of the serving and eating area. front desk personnel did their job but could have used a little personal grooming and did not connect with incoming guests (no personal greetings and kept their eyes on computer screens. the two on duty did not come across in a professional and business like manner."
